Exporting annotations

The annotations can be exported from SmartShape to be used in other software:

  1. Go to the Annotations column
  2. Click on the button in the Action bar
  3. Select the export format (BCF (BIM collaboration format), CSV, Microsoft Excel (XLSX), JSON or XML)
  4. Select the annotation attributes you want to export (all available attributes are exported by default)
  5. Click on the button in the Action bar

Exporting the annotations to BCF format allows you to import them to Autodesk Revit using the BCFier plugin.
