Why does the model appear incomplete?

SmartShape uses a proprietary streaming technology to load content. Content is displayed as soon as possible even if it’s not complete and more details will appear progressively. SmartShape compresses and streams both geometries and textures using progressive level of details to load files up to 200x faster.

Sometimes, SmartShape will pause download because it considers it doesn’t need any more data. This can happen because you’re viewing only a part of the model, so you don’t need to download what’s behind the camera.

If the application doesn’t seem to be downloading anything while you move, you may be running out of memory. Try closing the browser and reloading.
