Glossary
Layer¶
A specified section of the model whose nodes are grouped together in order to isolate them from the rest of the model, permitting better visibility.
Filter¶
The Filters section is where the various Layers are listed and can be actived or deactivated.
Attribute¶
A piece of information describing a specific object (metadata) in the model.
Annotation¶
A user-created memo, informative message, or point of reference about a specific object or area in a 3D model.
Scene¶
Another name for a 3D model, also the area where the model’s metadata hierarchy is listed.
Anti-aliasing¶
A software technique for diminishing jaggies - stairstep-like lines that should be smooth.
Rendering style¶
Different view styles for the 3D model.
Modifier¶
Change node properties (Hidden, Transparent, Colored, Locked).
Behavior¶
Apply modifiers to nodes selected by a query.
